Which is a good thing. Now I know where I’m headed.
THE DAY
Not as productive a day as I would’ve liked. There were workmen to contend with for a large chunk and then, because I’d already committed to various things in the afternoon, not that much time to cram in work. I could feel it, too, this afternoon when I was trying to find my way through a description that had only occurred to me while I was swimming! So I did NOT get to the place where I thought I might, which doesn’t panic me; I know I’ll make the deadline. But I would have been happier to be further along.
Which means . . . push on tomorrow. Take some notes tonight, chart out where I’m going.
I know. I’ll bet you didn’t think writing was this hard.
I’ve also noticed, though, that when I’m getting deeper into work, I don’t kvetch as much.

What I’m Watching:
Nothing. Swam. Thought of the last line. Mulled it over as I did laps and still liked it when I was done.

What I’m Reading:
A Dream in Polar Fog. Meh. If there were another, better book on the topic, I would be reading it.

What I’m Listening to:
Nothing. I had a friend stop by, and we rock on the glider and chatted. I liked listening to her.
