How to Kill Someone Well

Really.  These are the things I worry about.

THE DAY

Not much, other than plugging away on the outline and trying to figure out a novel way of killing something.  So…a gun?  A knife?  A club?  A hatchet?  Machete?  What about a smoldering log?

These are the problems with which I struggle, along with choreographing scenes where you’ve got people in a canoe, people on the beach . . . how to make it all work.

That’s how I spent my day.

Also had a LOVELY time with someone at cocktails this evening: just a general free-for-all.  It was terrific because it was uncensored, and I thought, okay, this is someone to whom I can relate.

So that worked.  There’s a lot of other stuff I could comment on, but not tonight.  Let me enjoy having had a really nice time with a woman I think I’m a little sympatico.

What I’m Watching:
Finished this season’s House of Cards.  Dang.  I’ve heard that one of the original creator/writers has left the show, so I’m thinking, shoot…this is it for the Underwoods.  But what a great show this was this season.

Then went back to Mental Dental Floss with Shades of Blue.  I’m sorry, but after you’ve seen Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright make mincemeat out of the competition, nothing can compare.

What I’m Listening to:
Not Ted Cruz or Donald Trump.
